Administrator Messages

Instructions for Distributors:



  1. Enter your distributor number (it will be a number from 1 to 30) in the Distributor ID field.
  2. Enter the password given to you by the administrator in the Password field. Passwords are not case sensitive.
  3. Click the Login button.
  4. In the new window, select a weekly draw date from the list and click the Search button. You will be shown a listing of your outlets for the draw date you have selected.
  5. In the listing of your outlets you must do three things: you must check the Tickets Issued number, you must check the Tickets Returned number and, if either one of the numbers need changing, you must click the Edit button on that row and make the change(s).
  6. If you have edited one or more numbers on a row, you must click the Update button to finish your changes. You can Cancel a change if you change your mind.
  7. Click the Summary link to see the summary for any draw date.
  8. There is no Save button. Your data is saved automatically.
  9. Click the Logout button wherever you see it to log out of your account.

Hint: You can use a tablet to interact with your outlet list instead of using an actual computer. This means you can easily do your data entry chores while you are still on your route. Please don’t do it while you are driving 🙂.

If you have a question or a suggestion about how to use the site, please contact the administrator of the site directly by using the “Contact the Administrator” tab in the top menu. We try to respond quickly to distributor concerns/suggestions.

If the stores in your listing are not in the correct order for you, use the “Contact the Administrator” form to send the administrator a message. Indicate which store is in the wrong order and indicate where in the list you would prefer to see it. We will move it for you, no problem.

Distributors cannot add a new store, delete a store or edit the data for an existing store in their list. If you need to add a new store, use the menu choice labelled “Add a New Store to Your Listing“. The new store will be added to your listing overnight. If you need to change store information or delete a store, use the “Contact the Administrator” form to request that these activities be performed for you by the administrator.
